Telehealth App & Info
To use a smart phone or tablet for Telehealth sessions, you may choose to download the free “Telehealth” app using the following buttons at the bottom of this page, or search your App Store for “Telehealth by SimplePractice”.
To use a computer, only a web browser is needed.
Before your first session, please make sure you have the app downloaded if using a smart device.
Find a private space where you will not be overheard. Use headphones if possible.
Ensure you have a good internet connection.
To ensure the best experience, you may want to make sure your phone is updated to the latest software update.
Ensure your device is password protected, and that your email account is secured from unwanted access as well. It is important for each person to take steps to protect their electronic information.
The use of public or shared devices or accounts is not recommended due to the lack of privacy of information.
While using technology can be convenient, it does have pros and cons. It is your responsibility to be considerate of any steps you may take to protect your privacy and information. If you have any concerns, feel free to discuss them with us.
Client Portal App
All clients may choose to make use of the Client Portal app by Simple Practice to aid in the management of their account with Still Waters Counseling Services. The app allows you to upload documents your counselor requests, review and sign documents and questionnaires, and manage your scheduling needs.
You may also use your web browser, the app is not required.
We strongly encourage you to use a personal, private email account that only you have access to for use with this app, and any communications with us via e-mail.
