How Long Before My First Session?

We maintain a wait list, and the wait time can vary. Providing us with multiple available times can help speed up the process.

Please call for an estimated wait time.

Immediate appointments might be available depending on the counselor's schedule and your flexibility.

Morning and early afternoon slots tend to have shorter waits compared to late afternoons and evenings.

If needed, we provide service confirmation notes for school or work purposes.

Before You Book…

Embarking on a counseling journey demands significant time, energy, and financial investment. If you're considering counseling, we invite you to reach out to us. However, we also urge you to reflect on your readiness for this commitment. For further insights into what this entails please refer to our cancellation policy & FAQ page.

Once You’ve Booked

Next steps for both in-person session and telehealth clients:

  1. Review and complete ALL of the intake documentation that we send you before the first session. If you have any issues completing it, reach out to us by phone for assistance. In that process, you will also need to:

  2. Upload a copy of the front of your government issued ID.

  3. Upload a copy of the front AND of the back of your insurance card if you wish for us to bill your plan on your behalf. We are required by insurance to have these copies.

Not having these steps completed before the first session will likely result in your initial session needing to be cancelled and a new intake session scheduled.

When You Arrive…

For in-person sessions, note that our front door remains locked between sessions and your counselor will open the door for you at session time.

We do have a restroom available for our clients, bottled water and coffee and tea upon request.

Please be quiet and respectful of others while in our office building.

Please do not come in person to make an appointment or make an inquiry as we do not have front desk staff.

  • There are two ways to book a session:

    • Call to make an appointment. We typically are able to return voicemails within 2-3 business days, though during times of high demand for services or holidays it may take longer.

    • Some of our clinicians offer online booking, others do not. Click the button below to see their availabilities. If the counselor you would like to see is not listed, please call us to request to be seen by them.
