SWCS is seeking to hire independently contracted clinicians.
Come serve an under-served region at a practice that has a robust presence and established relationships with providers in the community.
Along with a quick lead-in time to a full case load, we also manage the insurance paneling and on-boarding process to get you to the work you want to do, and minimize the work you don’t.

Applicants must meet at least these necessary qualifications:
Fully licensed in the state of Tennessee as at least one of the following: LCSW, Psychologist, LPC/-MHSP, LMFT. (Those near licensure will need to include details/timeline of their estimated licensure date in their cover letter).
Possess experience serving and treating a diversity of populations and issues, including minors.
Comfortable in utilizing technology, such as EHR for electronic record keeping and Telehealth services.
Willing and able to submit to and obtain a clear background check.

Competitive rate with rest of the market at 70% take home of all services rendered for new contracted clinicians. Depending on caseload carried, applicants can expect to earn in the range of $43,000 - $90,000.
